For more then two decades now, depression has ben part of our families lives in one form or an other. There was change and loss, there was despair and hopelessness. There are phases, sometimes for years when the Abyss is at bay and then one day you slip.

Overcoming depression is one thing living with it an entirely other, it has however taught us a great deal and we would like to share.

Depression is the epitome of a holistic concept as it thrives on a myriad of environmental and cultural factors the only way out, or rather through is to address the three pillars of humanity: body, mind and soul.
